About these terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Birmingham CNC Machining website and RFQ review and partner-matching service. By using this website or submitting an RFQ, you agree to these terms.
The service we provide
Birmingham CNC Machining reviews the requirements you submit and seeks to identify one or more precision-engineering companies in Birmingham and the West Midlands that appear well set up for the work.
Birmingham CNC Machining does not manufacture components itself. We provide an introduction and matching service. Any quotation, contract or work carried out is a matter between you and the engineering partner concerned.
No guarantees
We do not guarantee that a suitable partner will be identified for every enquiry, nor do we guarantee any particular quotation, price, lead time or response time. Assessing a requirement can take time, particularly where specialist capabilities, materials, quantities or tolerances are involved.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and to submit only material you are entitled to share. You are responsible for ensuring that any drawings, CAD files or other documents you upload do not infringe the rights of any third party and do not contain unlawful content.
Confidentiality and sharing
Enquiries are handled carefully. To obtain quotations, the information and files you provide may be shared with selected engineering partners where necessary to assess the job or prepare a quotation. Please see our Privacy Policy for further detail. The RFQ form includes your consent for this sharing.
Intellectual property
The content, branding and layout of this website belong to Birmingham CNC Machining and may not be copied or reused without permission. You retain ownership of the drawings and files you submit; you grant us permission to review them and share them with engineering partners for the purpose of progressing your enquiry.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Birmingham CNC Machining is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of this website, from any introduction made, or from any dealings between you and an engineering partner. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
